Model G, great but slow support

I ordered the Model G Dual-Zone Electric Grill during their Memorial Day sale. The checkout process was smooth enough, and I got a decent discount. Shipping took about 9 days to arrive in upstate New York, which was a bit longer than I expected, but it wasn't a huge issue. Assembly was fairly straightforward, and the grill itself is fantastic. The dual-zone cooking works really well for different items at once. My only real gripe was when I had a question about connecting it to the app; I used their contact form and it took almost 3 days to get a response. The info they gave was helpful in the end, but the wait was a little frustrating. Quality of the grill is solid though, feels very well built.

Good grill cover

Got the Grill Cover for my Full-Size Electric Grill. It fits perfectly and feels durable. Arrived in 5 days. Does exactly what it's supposed to do. No complaints.

Pizza oven and accessories

I bought the Electric Pizza Oven along with the Pizza Peel and a Pizza Stone. The oven itself is pretty impressive; it heats up fast and made some surprisingly good pizzas, almost as good as my friend's Ooni. Packaging was secure, and everything arrived without damage. Shipping took 7 days, which is reasonable. My only minor complaint is that the included instructions for seasoning the stone were a little vague, I had to look up more detailed steps online. Still, overall, it's a solid product and the accessories complement it well. Good value for what you get, just wish the initial guidance was a bit clearer.

Griddle is awesome

Just got the Model G Electric Griddle and it's so good! Used it for breakfast this weekend, eggs and bacon came out perfect. Shipping was pretty quick, got it in about a week. Set up was easy, just plugged it in. Definitely happy with it, my old griddle was a pain to clean but this one is much better. Makes cooking outside way more fun.
